Terms of use
Plain terms for a small utility. The important one: this tool retrieves content your own account can already open, and what you may do with that content afterwards is governed by whatever you agreed to when you bought it.
Who you are agreeing with
These terms apply between you and NextGen Apps, the publisher of Skool Video Downloader – Bulk Course Backup. Installing or using the extension means you accept them.
What the extension does
It reads one Skool course per export that your signed-in account can already open, and saves supported material to a folder on your own device. It does not circumvent access controls, paywalls, permissions, or DRM, and it has no capability to do so.
What you are responsible for
- Having the rights you are exercising. Backing up a course you have paid for, for your own offline use, is the use case this tool is built for. Redistributing, reselling, or publishing somebody else’s course is not, and the terms you accepted when you bought that course still apply to you.
- Your own account standing. Your relationship with Skool and with the community you belong to is governed by their terms, not ours. We are not a party to it.
- Your own files. Once material is written to your disk it is entirely in your hands. We have no copy and no way to recover it.
What you may not do with the extension
- Use it to obtain material your account is not entitled to see.
- Use it to build a redistribution service or a mirror of somebody else’s paid course.
- Resell, sublicense, or share your licence key beyond the device allowance.
- Decompile it in order to strip the licensing, then distribute the result.
Licence
A paid plan grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the paid capabilities within the activation allowance shown at checkout. A lifetime licence means one payment with no renewal, for as long as the product exists in a working form; it is not a commitment that any third-party platform will keep behaving the way it does today. A monthly licence lasts as long as the subscription does.
Availability, and what is honestly not promised
The extension depends on how Skool and the video hosts structure their own pages and streams. Those can change without notice, and when they do, parts of the extension can stop working until they are updated. We intend to keep it working. We cannot promise that any particular course, host, or lesson will remain downloadable.
The extension is provided as is. To the extent the law where you live allows it, there is no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation, and liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. Nothing here removes rights your local consumer law gives you and does not let us take away.
Ending it
You can stop using the extension and uninstall it at any time. We may terminate a licence that is being used to breach these terms. Refunds are covered separately on the cancellation and refunds page.
Trademarks
Not affiliated with or endorsed by Skool. Skool is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe what this tool is compatible with. No Skool branding, logo, or trade dress is reproduced.

Governing law and disputes
The extension is published by an independent solo developer. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes the protections your own local consumer law gives you, and where the two conflict your local law wins.
Purchases are sold by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, so anything about billing, tax, or a refund is also covered by their terms. If something goes wrong, email us first — most problems are settled in one message, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
